Add Server Role to ML350
I'm trying to add the Microsoft SMTP and IIS server roles to my Windows 2003 Server. It's a Proliant ML350 tower unit. While going through the "Manage My Server" utility, it prompts me to insert the Windows 2003 Server Disk. The only disks sent with this machine are the SmartStart 6.3 CD and HP Management CD.
Do either of these disks contain the OS? How do I get to it?

Re: Add Server Role to ML350
SMTP and IIS are installed as Windows components and require the OS CD to install. You must select Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and Add/Remove Windows Components. When the Windows Components menu is displayed, double-click on Application Server, double-click on Internet Information Services (IIS) and you can select those IIS components you need including SMTP Server.

Re: Add Server Role to ML350
Dave,
You won't need the OS CD until the installation actually begins, but if its not loaded you'll be prompted to load it.
