ADDING A DATA DRIVE

I have ML370 G4 server with 2 x 72GB SCSI hard drive and hardware RAID 0 configration. the drive has been partinioned and I got to a level where I am runing out of space on the system partion.
I am runing SBS 2003, I am trying to make some space on system patition by adding a Third hdd as data drive and planing to move the exchange data basis to this drive that way I can easly get 10GB free space on my system partion.

The problem is that I can't see the new drive in disk manager any idea how can I see this drive in disk manager?

Re: ADDING A DATA DRIVE

You need to configure a logical disk on the physical disk you just added. If you have a Smart Array RAID controller, use HP's ACU (Array Configuration Utility), or reboot the server and press F8 when the controller asks you to. There you can configure your newly added disk.

Once a logical disk has been created it will be visible in disk manager.
