Adding Storage ML350 G5

I'd like to expand the storage on a clients ML350G5 with a 200i Array controller and just need to clarify my options. It currently has 2 x 146GB 15K Hot Plug LFF SAS Drives in a mirrored array.

The ML350 specs show a maximum SAS drive capacity of 300GB but the 200i specs show a max of 600GB. Can I use the 200i specs, or am I limited to the 350 specs?

Since I need to split the array to upgrade, I also need to know whether I can I mix midline and enterprise drives and or drive speeds in a mirrored array?
