Advanced Server 7.3A ECO 1

I downloaded the ECO 1 patch for Advaned Server 7.3a to upgrade my 7.3 versionfrom the FTP site. The file was only a bit over 900k. The patch fails upon installation with a 'physical end of input before end of encoding.' I can only assume either I didn't get the correct file or the file I downloaded, ADVANCEDSERVER-V0703-A1.PCSI-DCX_AXPEXE, is corrupt. My understanding is that this ECO was a full version so the file should be much larger than 900k. Any help would be appreciated.
