Advice on Setting up a ML350 G9 for Windows Server Use: File Manager, Domain Controller
Hello, I've maintained a ML350 G6 for a long time. I think It was set up with a Raid 5 and a hot spare, 300GB drives. Trying to move forward in technology, I bought a used ML350 G9. I see it has two 4 drive bays and can handle 1.2GB drives. Mechanical drives seem very cheap these days, so I could fill it the bays. Assuming I do, what would be the advisable way to set up drives in an array(s). My primary concern would be data loss.
