Agentless Management Service not availble

server is up and running fine but its  show the Agentless Management Service aler in ilo5.

Hello,

 

Have you confirmed that AMS is installed and running inside the OS? It is normal to get this message in the iLO when you select a section that requires AMS in order to get the information from within the host OS (for instance, the IP addresses on the NICs or the drivers installed).  Most supported operating systems have an option to install AMS on the host OS.
