All 8GB RAM not seen win2k advanced server
I have 8 x 1GB memory in compaq proliant 8500. Bios sees all memory. Redhat Linux 7.2 sees all memory. Windows 2000 Advanced Server only sees 3,407,372 KB RAM. I have the newest bios + patches. Any help would be very appriciated.
Thank you.
Eric

Re: All 8GB RAM not seen win2k advanced server
you need to add the /PAE switch in the boot.ini to see any memory above 4 gb
on a windows platform. Microsoft document Q268363 for full explanation
