We have an HPE Proliant DL360 G10, with a RedHat 7.9 OS and iLO version 2.60.
From OS logs we have some ams error being generated, the ams version installed is :

Below the generated logs :

smad_rev: [INFO ]: BMC device is /dev/hpilo/d0ccb0
smad_rev: [NOTICE]: iLO5: 2.60 (2021/12/6)
smad_rev: [INFO ]: Reset previous reverse mode connection
smad_rev: [INFO ]: Open iLO AgentX session in Reverse Mode
smad_rev: [INFO ]: Completed the iLO Socket Init
smad_rev: [ERR ]: Socket init failed
smad_rev: [INFO ]: Disconnection with iLO, try to reconnect to iLO
smad_rev: [NOTICE]: Init AgentX Socket in Reverse mode
smad_rev: [ERR ]: AgentX socket failed on connect(): No such file or directory
Any advice would be appreciated.

Re: ams errors generated on redhat
Hello,
You may try installing "Agentless Management Service (iLO 5) for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Server" v2.7.0 and see if it helps.

Update ILo to 2.72 and Agentless management with below link:-
Do remove the other version as that is for Rhel 8
