An another case of array configuration utility software not showing controller

Hello!

I have a new Proliant DL380 Gen9 and I'm trying to use the Array configuration utility software version 9.40.12, but no controller is display, even if I configured successfully 2 raid set on the server

The config utility is from 2013, much older than your server:

Did you try SSA (smart storage administrator)?

To go along with Torsten's link, during POST you can press F10 to launch Intelligent Provisioning or when the Smart Array firmware ID's you can press F5 to launch the version of HP SSA that is part of Intelligent Provisioning

I wonder how you did get this old software installed?

As a single software or even as a bundle?

You should consider to get SPP 2015.10 and install everything needed from there.
