Auto-Power on of power failure ?

Auto-Power on of power failure ?

Hi
We have a Compaq DL-320 that we would like to power on when the power is connected, rather than go into standby and have to push the power button.

I can't find anything in the bios for this (unlike a lot of other servers/pc's). Can anybody help ? Do I need to use Remote Lights out ?
