Automating TEAMING of NICS on Proliant Servers???

I am automating a build of Windows 2000 server on many Proliant BLP20 G2 servers. I have everything finished except for teaming the NICS. I would like to know if there is a scripting tool that allows me to team nics with out using the Compaq Nic Teaming Tool.
