Best recommended processor for HP Proliant DL380 G9

Please, somebody can tell me which is better processor for server HP Proliant DL380 G9 E5-2620v3, the HP item 719051-B21 or the  sold independently BX80644E5262OV3? Technically why?

Its advisible to buy products from HPE for HPE Servers.

The HP processor kit includes the proper heatsink to attach to the socket and system board. The other number I would assume is just the CPU and nothing else
