BL 25p-showing red int health and getting green when the server is poered on..

BL25p, servers shows red internal health befor switching on the server, its goes to green after the server in switching on..it will take a few minuts...

Is this red indication specific to the sever in the enclosure?
single phase or three phase power enclosure
Do you get any power related errors in IML log viewer?

you might see sometimes red led if server ever reseat trough enclosure while it was on or it crashed, red LED might hold un-repaired even as previous shut down was unexpected, clear NVRAM, make sure firmware for Enclosure up to date and System ROM, also
ILO, once it down and you see RED for moment or till it powered up, make sure no critical logs and let it go over restart once again, shut down from software and let us know if you still see it, if only for 3-5 seconds don't worry. Is all memory HP branded ?
