BL20P Capture image hangs with management agents

I had configured a job through RDP 2.2 hotfix 2 applied for capturing the image of a BL20P server,the job failed after 60% approx (shows 0MB transfer)but when i stop all the HP management agents and redo a capture,the image was suceesful.I ad tried with 2 more servers with same results.I have installed HP PSP 7.40 also tried with 7.50 with same results.Please advice to workaround.
