SolutionLooks like you called in a are getting this issue resolved. I was suspecting you had the original blade enclosure. The original enclosure does not have a dedicated iLo so the end result is the blade server can use only 3 or 4 NICs for networking connectivity. But this is not the issue in your case - you did get the enhanced enclosure.

Update Bios if needed
Reset NIC controller
Pull out if FC card used
Erase NVRAM from System ROM

When you do erase NVRAM it take to default all 4 enabled

The solution ended up being to have HP come out and replace the NIC controller. After that everything worked great!
