BL30P and Clariion CX300

I can't connect a BL30P G1 to a Clariion. I've upgraded the dual port fiber channel card (qlogic) to BIOS v. 1.45 and I'm using the 9.0.0.14 driver (Windows). I'm not trying to boot from SAN. They are connected to McData switches, but the switch and the blade won't connect (I get a light on the switch for about 5 seconds). I've tried different BL30p's and different fiber channel cards, swapped out gbics and cables. I can connect BL20P's.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
