BL460c VMWare (Network)

I Have Install vmware 3.0.1 on blade bl460c and the nic don´t work...
Can´t ping but the mac address are OK...
Hardware: BL460c with two nic (onboard) and 1 mezanine (qlogic HBA), boot from san...
i have installed the agents but nothing, using de cd (Nic cd install from the site (HP) and nothing...
I Have 3 bl and all of them when a power the servers, i have no link on my switch using varios and the problem continues....
I hope someone can help me...
