Blader server Installation

Hi friends,

I have no knowledge of installation & configuration of Blade server.I have BL20p 4 blade server in one chasssis & My boss said to me installed W2k3 in each server. How i proceed for installation & cofiguration ofs erver
Any body has step-by-step documentation for installation & configuration of blade server.

You haven't written what generation of blades you are using, so i assume that you are using BL20p G4.
