I have 2 DL360 G3 servers that blue screen and reboot. In the Integrated log the only error I see is Blue Screen Trap (BugCheck, STOP: 0x0000004E (0x0000008F, 0x000B29F1, 0x000E1FF1, 0x00000000)). Any suggestions?

Windows 2000 server

SP4

Server built using Smart start cd and manual load of the OS


Happens on two different servers

One server has rebooted twice this week.

No HW or SW updates on either. Just latest Windows patches and SP4 upgrade.

But update are we running the system with the latest BIOS

Where as can you run offline daignostics on same server to validate the hardware.
It can be done using smartstart CD

Also make sure your windows installation disk is OK. Did you install windows with original disk or copy ? Maybe bad installation disk is the source of the problem
