Boot Error 1615

When I boot my Proliant 1600 server, I'm getting power supply failures on all three power supplies (err 1615). They have green lights on them and the server works fine except for pressing "F1" to continue through the errors. I need this server to boot clean into the OS. How do I stop these messages???

I would suspect that there is a wiring problem with the redundant power supplies (there are quite a few cables involved in that kit). My suggestion is to call into support and get live help checking out the wiring...
