would appreciate is someone could let me know steps for the DL380 to boot from IDE hard drives instead of the SCSI HDD. under the boot option, i only see options for A,CDROM, C. I got a feeling IDE HDD are not supported but could not find documents about it,. anyone?

Solution
The ProLiant DL380 server does not support the installation of IDE or EIDE fixed disk drives.
