boot problem on ML330 on adding IDE Disk drive

Hi All, thanks for your help to :
Not reboot (no system disk ...) when adding a secondary (slave) IDE disk drive on secondary IDE port ? (first is a 200Go Maxtox, secondary is a WD 80Go).
checking bios, ..., OK ????????
