Bootable GPT 4tb Disk OS Install DL385P G8

Am trying to install Windows Datacentre 2012 to a 4tb raid 5  array utilising a GPT type partition. What are the step by step instructions for accomplising this ?

 

Is there a particular level of bios firmware required. Does the bios support uefi ?
