BSOD on ml150 G3 server : os win 2003 R2

Hello,

I hope someone here can help. I ran antimalwarebytes on this server and it detected a number of issues. I restarted the server and The BSOD came up and the oS would not boot. It has a a raid 1 mirror - two physical drives installed. When I remove 1 of the drives it boots up and runs just fine. What is the issue here and what can I do about it.
