Please supply more information. Need software and hardware configuration information.
Which version of o/s and SP level are you running?
This error has been happening for the last two months. Did you install any new software or patches in July or August?
Is your system, device firmware and software patch level up to date?
If not then obtain the latest maintenance cd to upgrade it.

I too am getting this message on 1 of my servers and cannot find the cause, did you ever find out what was causing the issue?

I have the same error on a Proliant DL380 G4 twice the last two month.
The os is W2k3
Is there any solution for this issue ? Which hardware causes this error ?
