Bugcheck 0x00000024 BSOD
I have a Compaq Proliant ML350 running MS Win2k Advanced Server w/SP3. I applied the cp003558 driver upgrade three weeks ago and experienced no crashes. I activated the "System Information" agent a week ago. Well, she just crashed for the first time in a month. She used to crash frequently before the driver upgrade. I removed the "System Information" agent from the active list again. I've attached the description of the bugcheck. Any ideas?

Re: Bugcheck 0x00000024 BSOD
I found a pattern here. Just before every BSOD I've had, I've gotten an OldNullSessionShares registry error. About 15 seconds before every crash, I've gotten this error. I've attached the said event properties for reference. Does anyone know what's up here?
