Can i install windows 2008 SRV by formating C drive only in Raid 5 array & retrieve data in D Drive

Hi,
We had a HP ProLiant server with a working windows 2008 server in it.Hp server has a Raid 5 array with 3 drives and 2 logical drives C & D

Recently windows 2008 crashed .I need to re install windows 2008 by formating C drive only and get back my data in D drive .

Which procedure i have to do for this windows 2008 installation using "Hp smart start" for this scenario.
