Can I Install Windows Server 2022 on HPE ProLiant DL385p Gen8 or to upgrade from Windows Server 2016 to Windows Server 2022 Standard

The supported OS for HPE ProLiant DL385p Gen8 is WS2012 and WS2016.

And also on the HPE support page you will not find any driver /Firmware for Windows Server 2022.

With New Product Versions, every Microsoft product license that is covered by Software Assurance can be upgraded to the most
recent version.
