Can not login with default username and password (from sticker) in iLO4

Hello

Can not login with default username and password (from sticker) in iLO4. Just retype everything from sticker - but system return - Login failed :(

same thing happens on second server

both servers - new

how to fix it ? If i will change password to Administrator directly from @Integrated lights-out server@ 

Will it solve my issue ?

Hello,

iLO usernames are case sensitive (it has caught me out before)
Are you using an upper case A in Administrator?

You can log in to iLO configuration utility by pressing F8 from console after reboot.
It is possible to define new password for iLO Administrator account this way.
