Can't access the ILO 5 web after ILO 5 Security Settings High security！

Hi  HPE engineers，

I have a DL380 Gen10 server. The Security setting of ILO 5 has changed to High security due to an error.I can't log in to the web even using the ILO username and password on the server label.I tried to remove the coin cell batteries for 30 minutes and nothing happened.Accessing the ILO5 configuration under BIOS also requires a username and password, but I haven't set that at all... Trying to use the ILO username and password on the label still doesn't help...

Please help me...

Hello,

I would suggest you do the factory default and update the ILO 5 with the latest firmware.

I have tried to restore iLO to factory settings. Selecting "iLO 5 Configuration" in the BIOS asks for  password, but I couldn't log in menu with the default password or the password I set.I also use the ilorest tool and it shows that the command is disabled
