Can't get Linux 6.2 to run on DL360
After the install I am re booting and all that comes up is 000000 across the entire screen. Is it a video issue or my array controller or ????? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Can't get Linux 6.2 to run on DL360
The required drivers should be in (RedHat I assume) Linux 6.2.
I installed RH 6.2 on DL 360 without any problems.
If my I am wrong about the the drivers, you can get them here:
http://www.compaq.com/support/files/server/us/locate/35_1123.html
There are easy to to work with.
Do you boot into Graphics or text mode?
Sometimes when things just don't work, a reinstall is the quickest path, rather than wanting to understand everything (?)
Good luck.
Ole

Before installing the Linux OS onto any Compaq Proliant model, please see the Compaq Engineering White Paper on installing the Linux OS onto Compaq Proliant systems at this web address.
