can't install Smart Storage Administrator (HPE SSA) for dl380 g9

Hi:

I am trying to install vmware Esxi in a Proliant server DL380 G9, however, I can't detect any drives during the installation (the same when using Windows installer),

i during most of the server it shows this error:

However, when I try to run HPSSA it shows as follows:

I think it is not available because intelligent provisioning is not present on the server is not available, but when I tried to install the Intelligent provisioning I received this error:

then tried to install offline from this link :

but I found it's removed.

even though I updated firmware for bios, ILO, and smart array controller, but still can't solve the issue of missing drivers :

I forgot to mention that the driver placements have changed and there is no way I can remember their placement.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue ? I appreciate your help.

the solution to the issue  is that way  :

1- download Smart Storage Administrator offline 3.4 bootable ISO (old one but still does the job )

2- boot into that ISO using a USB stick

3- delete any configuration available within the controller

4- enable the "HBA mode" of the P440ar controller and reboot

5- now the disks can be viewed as independent disks from the ESXi installer

doesn't exactly solve the problem, but it did the job, someone might benefit from a similar issue.
