Cannot add SSDs to RAID

I am trying to configure RAID on our HPE Proliant DL360 gen10 plus. Windows 2016 Server Standard will be installed on this server.

RAID Controller: HPE SR100i Gen10+ SW RAID

Smart Storage Administrator version: 6.10.14.0

SSDs: 3 of HPE model VK000240GXNWU 240GB SATA drives

In the Smart Storage Administrator, when I click on the HPE SR100i Gen10+ SW RAID controller I get a warning status message 267 "There are no configurable physical drives attached to the current controller".  In the "Other Devices" section I can see my 3 SSDs.

I have already changed the Embedded SATA Configuration option in the BIOS from AHCI to SmartRAID SW RAID Support.

Hi,

Please make sure you are configuring it correctly, here is SR Gen10 Plus Software RAID User Guide and Smart Array SR Gen10 Configuration Guide.

Thank You!
