Cannot boot smartstat

Hello,

I have a Compaq serie 4020 (3000 series) where the config was erased.

Now, i am unable to boot on smartstat CD wich is on IDE CR-ROM drive.

I just see the memory count, the config from the controler that no disk where configured, then I arrive to F1 or F10

F1 = Non system boot
F10 (System partition utilities) = Reboot

HOW can I reinstall a system on this one ? Please help

Hi, Are you sure we are talking about the proliant server 3000 and not the presario, Compaq serie 4020. Is posted under the right support options?

Serial number might give more information.

It is OK !

I downloaded the SP19619, did the disket and reconfigure the server again !
