Cannot download BIOS Update

I have problem with my server which cannot start (booting to windows) unless i re-plugin the power cabel and unplug all other cable like LAN and keyboard + Mouse. I ask the service center and they give me an advice to download BIOS update from HP website. But i can't download since the link is broken, here's the link :

 Can someone help me?

The given link works, it is showing BIOS 2016.10.04(5 Okt 2016) for a ML10 GEN9
