cannot input ILO2 Remote Console

I have a Backupsoftware from Microlite (Backupedge) to secure Linuxsystems. I have a problem with Blacecenter BL460c server. While I booting with Backupedge image, the system stops and waits for EXIT an input on the console. I cannot enter nothing all character in the ILO2. The directly attached USB Keyboard and Screen on Server was not success. Property also tries to set performance Mouse with High on Disabled, without success. ILO2 firmware version is 1.24. Linux System is SLES9... Please help me.
