Cannot install 16Gb memory in HP Proliant DL585 G2

Hi Everyone,

I got a 16gb ram memory kingston model KTH-XW9499K2/16G but i cant install into my hp proliant dl-585 g2 server. The quick specs of this server says that this module is supported by the server.

I got de following memory modules in the server:

2 X 2GB Memory Ram

2 X 16GB Memory Ram.

When install the memory, the server says:

20480 Memory Available / 4096 Configured

Should i make some config o anything else ?

what OS are you running? the server can support up to 128 GB (32 x 4 GB) but is limited by the OS.
