SolutionHello,
This error is seen on the server during the installation or after the first boot after installation.
The hpssbem.exe error could occur if storage controller drivers/firmware are not loaded on the server during the installation process.
Reset or Flash the BIOS. If the BIOS is corrupted, update BIOS firmware to latest version.
The hpssbem.exe issue can be resolved by updating the BIOS and Storage Controller Firmware.
If issue is still persists on the server, use different Operating System ISO and Flash or update the HPE Intelligent Provisioning to the latest version.

thank you upgrade bios it working , but now i am recieving another error "Windows cannot find the MS softwarel lIscense terms"

I would suggest you try to install Windows from the Intelligent Provisioning or Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP) from the below link.
