Cannot locate OS

After loading the proliant ML150-G3 server with Windows 2003 server, the machine runs ok for about a month. It the freezes, does not allow access & requires a re-boot. On r-starting it cannot find the OS?

I can run set up do a chkdsk & the boot normally.

Any Ideas?
