Cannot replace SSD with HDD on HP DL360e gen8 server

A small company uses an HP DL360e gen8 server with HP Dynamic Smart Array B120i

The server has been running for a while with unsupported SSDs. Now I'm trying to replace the SSD disks with compatible HDD but the raid controller says "no SSD detected" I've tried resetting but the configuration doesn't change. Could you advise me on what to do in such a case?

Hello,

You may refer to section "Core Options > HP Hard Drives" of the HPE ProLiant DL360e Gen8 Server's QuickSpecs for information about supported SSDs.
