Cant Install SO on new Server

Hello,

I am trying to install windows server 2016 to a Proliant ML30 Gen9 server but when I enter IP pressing F10 I get the next error: warning unable to mount the file system LABEL

I already update the ROM firmware, reset de NVRAM with the switch number 6 on the motherboard,  download the IP iso and when i try to update de system i get the next error: Error flashing the NVRAM .

I dont know what else to do, since the server is new and dosent have any SO install Yet.

Please i need help

Perform NAND flash first and then reinstall /recover IP
