Cascade 2 IP-Console-Switch-2x1x16

Hello guys

I'm a little bit confused if it is possible to cascade 2 HP IP-Console-Switches (2x1x16) Part: 408965-001 or not. Can't find any documentation to this product. And in an other documentation I read it is not possible.
If it is, can someone may tell me how exactly I have to proceed that it will work ?

I have one of these in the lab connected with an 8port model.

I simplely connected the output of the 8 port into one of the 16 ports of my main console.


In the past, you had to go into the console settings and change the port type to match what you were plugging in. I don't know if that has changed any, it may have.
