Originally it's not CPQ drive, it's LG 40x CD-R product.

Unfortunately, I do not see drivers in the link and when I press F10, I do not see Storage. Is this configured for ProLiant M330?

No luck. Only v2.1 firmware http://23.com.tw/Flash-CD-ROM.Htm .
I checked with my PC and looks like cdrom uses standard Microsoft driver 'cdrom.sys'. Why do not you want to use this driver for your CRD?

I tried to update the driver with Microsoft Windows Update and it worked, but after I reboot the server, the same error message as "Can not load the driver for this device" "Error Code 31" was triggered again.

Some things for you to check:
- system event log to understand in details why driver did not start;
- is this drive supported within this server / is this server supports this drive;
- did you connect / configured drive (or IDE controller) correctly (master/slave mode, jumpers, DMA/non-DMA mode etc - see bios setup);
- did this drive ever work in this server / other servers (are you sure it's completely functional);
