Re: change the language
ive never used win 98, but you may be able to alter these settings in Start Menu, Settings, Control Panel, and then you will look through your display settings for a language option or the user configuration may also allow the change of language settings general rule of computing is if you dont know what it does dont do it!! but even this rule is limited to common sense. just look around in control panel for a related topic and JUST LOOK!!
it wont be too long before you find an option to change languages. OR you can try your help menu it may sound dumb but if you have a search option in your help menu just type language settings and if it doesnt work try related ideas like "personalize windows" or even just "languages".
hope it helps now i have to fix my problems
