Cloning Raid 0 drive on DL380

I have a few DL 380 & 360 servers runing W2k3 and I need to upgrade the 9 gb boot drive (raid 0) I have new 147gb drives and I want to clone boot drive over and expand it to 32gb. What is the best method (I have smartstart and the compaq raid utlities)

Worst case I could just clone to same size partion and then expand it using W2k3 Disk manger but like to do it in one step
