Windows Server 2019 is not supported on the DL120 G7 server. Please refer to the Quick Specs for more info.

It you risk installing the WS2019, you might face frequent crash or performance degradation.
Critical components like the RAID controller, network interface cards (NICs), and chipset might not function properly.
DL120 Gen7 is on legacy BIOS not UEFI. WS2019 relies on UEFI.

The HPE ProLiant DL120 G7 server and HPE ProLiant ML110 G7 server share the same BIOS firmwares. 

Hence, looking into ML110 G7, I am not able to see drivers listed for Microsoft Server 2019. The latest version is for WS 2012 only and further versions the drivers have not been developed as the time of the WS 2019 is far earlier than the supported hardware version of the operating system

Hence, the required drivers for the array controller, networking and other components are not available which would resulti in the components not being recognized by WS 2019.
