Compaq Diagnostics Error

Hi.. Could you please explain the following error and likely cause/fix.
Error no 6520-14 "Error Limit Exceeded" This occurs on the attended mode of Diagnostics (Ver S11.03A) when verifying/reading hard disk1

Hello,
Please update your system bios and firmware of Array controller if you have any and try running the diags with SP19686 by downloading it from our web site.
