Compaq Insight Agent

After having installed Veritas Bkupexec open file option i recieve a console message regarding cpqdsksa.nlm locking the volume. I am trying to find the updated version 4.10 or above for this nlm. The version that i am currently running is 3.30C. I have not been able to find any version above this in the softpaq for the prosignia 200
