Compaq Miniport Driver with Compaq NC3134 Teamed NICs

Over the last two weeks we have had a serious problem on Node 1 Cluster the event ids which keep appearing together are Event 2021 and Event ID 2022. I have researched the following Q articles Q317249, Q294346 it was the latter which made me think that the Compaq Miniport driver has the problem. Can anyone shed any light on this? The driver we are currently using is Compaq Miniport Teaming Driver CQPTEAM.SYS version 6.20.620.0003
