Compaq Remote Monitory Service

After installing all of my Compaq Agents (4.80), all of my Compaq services load successfully with the exception of the Compaq Remote Monitor Service. When this service tries to load, I get the following message: "CPQRCMC.EXE, EXCEPTION ACCESS VIOLATION....". This continues to occur even after updating the rompaq and Compaq Remote Monitor Service from Compaq's site and configuring the SNAP service correctly. Can someone please help?? Thanks.

What version of the NIC drivers do you have installed (what NT 4.0 SSD)?
